The precious girl that EVERYONE asks about, Brooklynn Angel has found her wonderful forever home! Her new momma writes:

5/28/05   "Hello everyone at Hot Water! Angel is doing great. She is the most amazing dog I have ever had in my life. She brings a smile to my face and heart with everything she does. She is such a funny girl. I like to refer to her and my little shadow. Everywhere mom is, baby girl is right there watching my every move. She love to check every little thing out and she LOVES all people. People can't believe that she is so kind and gentle around people because of what happened to her. She is very well behaved. I have had no problems with her when I have to go to work. She has never used her crate, and has never been crated while I am not home. From what my neighbor and co-worker tells me she likes to cry a bit when mom leaves for work, then she runs back and forth (playing catch with herself. She even does that when mom's around) for a little bit then nothing (probally nap time)! And the moment mom walks in the door, she's sitting right there and she waits for about 10 seconds and then look out...She's trying to hug and kiss mom, and get mom to play with her and get mom to walk her, she is just so excited that she's not sure what she wants. So we always start with the hugs and smooches, then walk, playtime, dinner, cuddle time, bedtime walk and finally bedtime. And on my days off, she truely is my shadow. She is with me every step I take when I'm off! ( As it should be) For example, today she went to yard sale with me, and we had a great time just driving around and seeing the sights and trying to find bargins. She is my best friend. I still can't believe that I was the person you chose to be her mom. I can't begin to express how much she means to me. She makes me feel happy, healthy, and just positive about life! She is truely and Angel, and she was sent to me for a reason! I thank you all so very much! Just so you all know I have not forgotten about pictures. I am waiting to get them back and I will be mailing you pictures next week!! She has had a wellness check with my vet, and just so you are aware we did have a little confusion with her records from when Kathleen fostered her. The vet Kathleen used told my vet that they had never seen Angel and refused to release the records. After me calling Kathleen, the old vet called my vet and released her records to my vet. Everything is alright with that now. I just wanted to make sure she was a healthly girl.

Angel says "hi!" to everyone. She sends hugs & kisses to everybody!"

UPDATE!

10/27/05   "Hello everyone @ hotwater! I just wanted to drop a quick line to let everyone know that Angel is doing very well. She is truly amazed with the changing of the season up here in Vermont. She loves to watch the leaves fall from the trees and chase them as they fall. She is fascinated by squirrels. She does not go after them, but watch them. She enjoys taking long walks in the brisk weather and seeing all the things that she probably never saw before in her life. She recently taught herself to get under the covers at bedtime. She is so sweet. She makes me laugh, smile and just feel great all around. She truly is an inspiration to me. I can't even begin to express the love I have towards this dog! She is my child and I would do anything for her. And in my heart I know that she loves her mom very much, maybe it's all the kisses she gives me, or the way she follows me like a little shadow, or the sad look I get in the morning when leaving for work. She expresses herself to me in so many ways! She is truly my best friend! I still can't thank you all enough for letting this amazing dog into my life. She is the best!
