Ava is such a beautiful, nurturing, gentle girl. She will surely bring lots of joy into your life.
We heard of her when we were talking with a shelter worker about her and another amazing rottweiler named Infinity, we were being asked to please take them...of the hundreds of dogs in this shelter, most of which who would not make it out, these were the two she decided to fight for as she really did fall for them. When the first volunteer of Hot Water met them, she fell in love with the two of them. They both came from separate homes, but had been abandoned around the same time period and both have great temperaments.
Ava is only about 1 1/2 years old, but she has already been bred at least once. We think her owner probably bred her to make money off of her, then dumped her when they got all of the money. This girl is about 80-90 lbs, she is happy, sweet, friendly, in LOVE with everyone, and everything. She has been wonderful with other dogs, as she is being fostered in a home with others. She is also good with kitties. She is curious about them, but we feel in the right home with patient introductions, she will be just fine with kitties:-)
She is a flashy black and rust color, she has a great personality and temperament, is very tolerant of everything. This girl is trained, and will make any family totally complete. She will tug on your heartstrings and bring so much into your life, you will only understand fully once you meet her. Everyone that has met her, transported with her, and spent time with her, love her and wish they could take her home!
