A WONDERFUL FAMILY SAVED DIGGIE'S LIFE JUST IN TIME!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH BETTE, WILLIAM, BELLE & LIBBY FOR OPENING YOUR HOME AND HEART TO THIS BEAUTIFUL BOY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WELCOME TO THE HWR FAMILY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!MORE INFO TO COME ON HOW MR. DIGGS IS DOING IN HIS FOSTER HOME.

There are so many APBT in need of a place to go. Just yesterday I met four. At the moment we don't have space for any of them; ( One of them was found as a stray and then adopted to the WRONG family only to find himself back at the shelter after 3 days (they didn't even bath him;( ). The reason for his return was that when they left him alone (they were gone all day) he destroyed a few things in their home... Could you imagine. This poor boy was on the streets, then in the shelter, then on a euth list, then finally in a home and then back in the shelter. He has been safer tested and passed with flying colors! I've included his picture and what a shelter volunteer had to say about him. His time has just about run out so if you are interested in saving him please email us TODAY!!! Don't let this beautiful boy die!!! Here is what one of the shelter volunteers had to say about Diggie: This sweet young boy (who's not quite 1-1/2 years old) has quickly become a Shelter favorite. Diggie is beautiful and mild-mannered. Despite his stray status, we're betting someone must have owned him. He looks healthy, appears to be housetrained, has no fear of the leash, and has no handling issues. In fact, Diggie absolutely loves being pet and hugged and snuggled on! He will gladly give up the opportunity to play if you'll sit on the bench and rub his chest for a while, and he will close his eyes and lean into you for as much contact as possible. In general, Diggie is not a leash-puller (oh, maybe a bit when he really needs to do his business) and he appears to be happy when he sees another dog. Perfect! He needs a forever home with someone who wants teach him a few games and tricks, because he doesn't seem to know any at the moment. Would you like to be the one who introduces this boy to a whole new world of warm beds and kong balls? We hope so, because Diggie has a lot to offer in return - a lifetime of loyalty and love in exchange for a forever home. He had gloriously funny-looking front legs: they are a bit splayed. They give him a very distinctive look.
