Romeo is an adorable, sweet guy who our hearts broke for. This guy lived with his family since he was a little pup… and at 8 years old they decided after taking very poor care of him, that they would get a new puppy and dump Romeo off at the pound. Sadly, the pound they chose to bring him to also has a very high rate of euthanasia. This guy came in, his owners thought nothing of leaving him behind like he was disposable… after he devoted 8 years to them. He had skin and eye infections and wasn’t neutered or really taken care of at all… He was destined to die alone and unwanted… Until we found out about him! Once our volunteers learned of him, we worked to figure out a way to save him. Fortunately, in the last minute, a wonderful foster home came through and picked him up! From the moment we got him we saw what an incredible boy he is. Romeo absolutely adores people. He loves to be brushed and especially to get tummy rubs and massages, he melts right onto the floor (He also loves to have his ears rubbed, and even his toes!)He is doing great with the female rottie in his foster home and he is showing them what a gentleman he is! He is a mushy, gentle giant… He is about 120 lbs of pure sweet love… Romeo is totally healthy, strong, happy, trained, and eagerly awaiting a home who he can devote his heart and his love to… who will cherish him and keep him forever as a part of their family. Romeo is such a special dog. He is so handsome and so full of hope. He is just waiting for the right family, the family he truly deserves. If you can give this guy the love he has been waiting his whole life for… then he will surely be your best friend for life. | The adoption fee for all of our dogs is $300.00 USD. The dogs are vaccinated, microchipped, spayed/neutered and HW tested. This information is true of all dogs listed unless otherwise noted.
