Poor Harley, a young good samaratin dropped Harley off at a wonderful veterinary hospital when he found him. Harley had been dumped in an abandoned car and neighborhood children tried to take care of him by feeding him milk. In spite of his rough beginnings, it looks like Harley is having a WONDERFUL happy ending!
