Just a short update on our girl. She was great on the ride home. Jen drove so I could hang out in the back with her, and she started to bond pretty quickly. Last night she slept like a baby, and was a perfect girl when I left her alone for 2 hours this morning. WHen I snuck home at lunch for a walk and a little play time, she was sleeping on the couch in the sun. I took your advice and am giving her free reign of the house while I'm gone. So far so good. I'm going home to get her now and we'll be off on our first trip to the woods.

Probably worth mentioning that 24 hours later, it is obvious that I LOVE THIS DOG. She's absolutely amazing. Thank you for all that you've done, and for trusting me with this precious little girl."

When her dad gets a chance, we'd LOVE to see pictures of this precious girl in her forever home!
