Kivat's proud mom writes:

"Kivat is doing wonderful. He still gets along with the girls. He loves Macie (the black one) to death and irritates the hell out of her! LOL...She has actually bitten him and drawn blood a couple times.....but he loves her and goes back for more. They are actually playing right now....In about 5 minutes Macie will let him have it....and he'll just smile at her.

His new nickname from my husband, is "meatball". He insists on sleeping right between us at night. He loves car rides but if it's too long he gets car sick.

He absolutely LOVES the beach. He finally learned how to swim last weekend at my in-laws pond. He almost had a heart attack because I went canoeing and left him on shore. So he came swimming after me. Earlier this summer he took a couple headers off the docks and I had to jump in to rescue him.

He sunk like a lead weight.

Macie LOVES to swim, she'll spend an entire day looking for fish and chasing the geese across the pond.
