Mercy's mom tells us:

"I adopted Darcy, now Mercy-her original name, back a few months ago. We have just fallen in love with her. She recently graduated from doggie school and has decided to continue her education by taking an advanced dog training class. Her favorite things to do are, give kisses, eat sticks of butter when no ones looking and play ball."

And a further update:

"I wanted to give you a new update. Mercy is doing so well. She loves her new home and gets spoiled by her grandparents every chance they get. She has completed her second level of dog school and will be taking a Good Citizens Dog class in a few weeks. There she will get certified by the AKA as a good citizen. We walk down Main street twice a day and all the shop owners and locals know her by name. We have yet to walk down the street and not have some comment on how well behaved and beautiful she is."
