Sparkle/Sparky's mom writes:

"I don't know if this is going to the person who helped us adopt Star, now called Sparkle, which has become "Sparky the Wonderdog"; hoping I'm connecting at least.

I want you to include us as a huge success story.

We adopted Star, now Sparky 7 March and she has become a wonderful companion. By no means perfect, when we got her, she has become a wonderful companion with a little bit of work and much love. We enjoy playing with her and being with her all day which is possible for us, she loves her crate at night and asks to go in it for her bedtime. She loves to attack balls and play tug of war. She's now 8 months old, is very attentive and affectionate and extremely happy to be our dog. She socializes with multiple dogs and seems to want to be Miss Bossy pants. The other dogs happen to be at least a 1/4 size larger and running under their bellies nipping their heals isn't working now. She exercises other dogs and is generally a wonderful animal. She jumps up on the outdoor rocker and rocks by herself which is hilarious. She knows down, sit and stay, which is very necessary at dinner time. She is in a loving home and very happy, and we're happy you are there to serve animals in need."
